My drawing a day series (#drawingaday) has begun to influence my studio work. The photo above is some work in transparent ink. I have been interested in doing some drawings like this for some time. Still it took making more random marks in my #drawingaday project to get me to do more testing. I love testing the way that the Gray Rives BFK feels when I use different materials on it. The gray has a wonderful earthiness.

I feel as though I need to just leave this drawing alone. It wants to be about space and rhythm.
