Philly Photo Day Exhibition

Am abandoned storefront covered with different draped papers by Stella Untalan

After nearly a decade, Philly Photo Day is back. I'm so happy to say that I was excited to get out and take numerous images in my walkphiladelphia series. These images are observations on my regular travels in the city of Philadelphia.

I have chosen to submit Window Dressing to the show.

Window Dressing was taken on an early morning walk for a coffee in one of the many coffee shops in my neighborhood, Old City. My neighborhood is seeing incredible residential growth due to numerous rental developments. At the same time independently owned businesses struggle to recover post covid.

My photo is one of the wonderful small historic properties I hope will survive the transformation. Even neglected and in need of love one can see the possibilities.
