Like a crazy screen patch decorated with confetti. A few new brushes and transparency.

Another experiment with weaving lines.

Simple like ribs, or a zebra.
A few marks and lines tied together.

Getting a little crazy with color on this drawing. Yellow is so darn bright. Totally outside of my color space these days. Feels like candy.

Playing with circles and transparency. Using a full paint fill.

Surprising change. Sometimes what I've intended changes abruptly. This is a much quieter moment for me when I draw circles and use dots. I find these to be very restful.

I'm working on framing these three water drawings for sale.

I'll scan them and get better pics up. They will be specially priced for Philadelphia Open Studios if they aren't purchased before then. They should fit in an 8 x 10 frame. I have to be sure.

I decided to build and adjust the previous drawing. It felt like there should be something more repetive on the top level. Something that floated amongs the scribbles. This was my additional couple of layers.

Using a background again in this drawing.

Still scribbling a bit. Having fun obliterating previous layers. The only really familiar marks are the dots. These repetitive scribbles come naturally. I use the same motions to loosen up before I start drawing in my studio. I do them much larger there though. It's a bit strange to scribble with your finger — the relationship between my finger and the mark are so off.

Enjoyed making this one.
