I finally have posted four pieces that were drawn during the summer. I was investigating making drawings with pencil and sitting down -- a very different experience for me in the studio.
These are internal explorations. Deep memories. The marks are very exciting. Turning the paper allowed me to move the energy in new directions. The drawings have led to a new series of larger drawings, I have two complete. I have five new pieces on the wall and expect to start four new pieces based on these smaller works.
