Pink Thing lives in Canada

Pink Thing was a moment of wildness that has a surprising order based on two repeating grids one a curtain of lines the other a net of crosses. Occasionally I use pink. It is outside my comfort zone. As a young girl I was overwhelmed with distain for the pink stuff for girls. As a woman I've been able to reclaim pink as powerful for women. Reclaiming it now and again as necessary.

This drawing lives with a wonderful artist and designer Carole Guevin in Canada. We've know each other since the beginning of the browser on the internet. I claim the pink for women who pioneered our place on the internet and in technology.
